Chicken Breast Salad:
- 1lb chicken breast ( cut into small bite-sized pieces ).
- 1tbsp olive oil.
- 4 packs of green onion.
- 1/4 small red onion sliced.
- 3/4 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- English cucumber sliced.
- 1 avocado sliced.
- 1/3 cup corn fresh.
For Sauce :
- 1cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt.
- 2-3 cloves garlic ( minced ).
- 2 tbsp onion ( finely chopped ).
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley ( finely chopped ).
- sea salt & pepper to taste.
Mix, all ingredients then add the homemade sauce to a bowl & enjoy.
Bang Bang Chicken:
- 600 gram. cooked chicken.
- 4 spring onion ( shredded ).
-1 cucumber ( sliced ).
- 1 chili ( finely chopped ).
- 300 g. Noodles.
- 100 g. Bean sprouts.
For sauce :
- 4 tbsp peanut butter.
- 3 tbsp honey.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp lime juice.
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger ( grated ).
-1 tbsp sesame oil.
-4 tbsp water.
Firstly, cook the noodles according to the instructions and also cook green onion in another pot.
Then sliced the cooked chicken and
mixed, all the ingredients then, next add the homemade sauce to a bowl & enjoy.
- 1 grilled chicken breast seasoned with garlic & onion powder + oregano & lemon juice.
- 1/4 courgette, sliced & grilled.
- 1/2 Avocado.
- radishes + tomatoes + cucumber + fresh basil leaves.
Mix, all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy eating.
Summer Chicken Salad:
- 2 thick chicken pieces.
- 1 avocado.
- 1 bell pepper ( roasted ).
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes.
- 1 chili flake.
- 3 ears of corns.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 6 cups salad green.
- 1 shallot.
- fresh basil leaves.
- sea salt + peppers.
- blue cheese
Mix, all ingredients in a bowl, then garnish with blue cheese & enjoy.
