Diabetes is serious. Over time, high blood glucose levels may cause many health problems.

Symptoms of diabetes:

  3. Weight loss
  4. Increased hunger
  5. Itchy skin
  6. Fatigue and irritability
  7. Tingling or numbness
  8. Blurred version
  9. Feeling weak
  10. Slow healing of cuts

  4. Whole grains
  5. Berries like Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries
  6. Citrus Fruits (Oranges and Lemons)
  7. Broccoli
